Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Prophetic Art of James Nesbit. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.  All items are eligible for a full refund within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase date. Please contact Colleen at 618-980-0221 or cmnesbit7@gmail.com to request a refund.

If the product being returned was initially received by the purchaser in a damaged condition, the item will be replaced at no additional cost to you; there is no need to return the item.

If the purchaser is not satisfied with the product, even though it arrived in acceptable condition, it is returnable as well.  The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that they were received. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Once we receive the returned item in undamaged condition, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
